Foster Picnic and School Supply Giveaway

This is geared to be a fun and eventful day for our county’s foster children. It rolls around every August, like clockwork….the first day of school! Imagine not having a parent to help you purchase the necessary school supplies that you’d need for your school day. Not having these supplies greatly hinders the children’s productivity and learning ability, and it can be embarrassing to them. We help take that stress and worry away by providing these supplies to the Jefferson County Foster Children while promising a fun picnic for the whole foster family!
Our needs for this event are:
  • We need donations of school supplies.
  • Sign up to volunteer to help out with the event here:  VOLUNTEER
Please remember all items need to be new and unused. Checks should be written to JCFCF or Jefferson County Foster Children’s Fund and can be sent to 10880 Business 21, Hillsboro, MO  63050.
Donations can be dropped off at our office on Wednesdays from 9:30am – 2pm or by appointment.
