Birthday Club!

If you’re a foster parent or case manager of a Jefferson County foster child and would like assistance with birthday gifts for them, please submit the form below and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  Birthday Buddy requests must be received at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the date needed.  If there’s an extenuating circumstance or emergency placement with you that prevents this, please advise your case manager and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Please be aware that this program is funded completely by donations.  We will make every effort to fulfill the child’s request.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
